La pénoplastie d’augmentation regroupe :
La pénoplastie d’allongement est une technique chirurgicale qui permet d’allonger la verge au repos de 1 à 4 cm.
Elle consiste à sectionner le ligament suspenseur de la verge.
La verge ne sera pas plus longue en érection et elle sera plus horizontale en érection.
La pénoplastie d’élargissement est une technique chirurgicale qui permet d‘élargir la verge au repos et en érection de 2 à 4 cm.
Elle consiste à prélever de la graisse abdominale, de la traiter et de l’injecter sous la peau du fourreau de la verge. Dans certains cas, et notamment si l’intervention n’est pas réalisée par un spécialiste de l’augmentation pénienne, la graisse peut former des nodules palpables et visibles sous la peau qui nécessitent d’être retirés.
Ces interventions se réalisent sous anesthésie de courte durée, en ambulatoire le plus souvent.
Tarif : à partir de 3000 euros. Il n’y a pas de prise en charge de l’assurance maladie pour ces interventions.
